This book is full of science and yummy food. I have made so many of the recipes in only 2 weeks! My favorite is the sun dried tomato meatballs and zucchini noodles. Even my husband and toddler loved it! I have been "working out and eating healthy" for a while now, I've seen better results in these two weeks than I had in a year. This book is easy to read and digest, it's simple and makes perfect since. I now workout less and eat more and feel fantastic! Even know-it-alls like me can learn a thing or 10 from this book.55
