Lacks important I formation, very basic. Very disappointed in content, feel like it was a waste of money and time. Same information you’ll get with googling keto diet.15

Great read for the first chapter, book functions as a pdf and it is not easy (logistically) to read. I ended up requesting a refund. Please resubmit in an iBook format.15

Loved! Easy to follow along, recipes that I will actually eat, a breakdown of information that is easy to absorb! The way the author lay outs the information just makes sense. Wrong format1 star

I’m sure the book is great but can’t read it. Have the correct OS version but the only thing formatted for the iPhone is the table of contents. Am I the only one having this issue? Tried uninstalling/reinstalling and rebooting my phone but still no luck.15


Really good recipes5 star

I really like this book. Most of the recipes are spot on and doable. Except the eggs Benedict, it was too labour intensive imo. Wish there was a bit more info on intermittent fasting.55
