A timeless classic!!! Takes of a girl’s transition into womanhood. Utterly captivating... This book is full of imagination and is a very morally educational read. I greatly recommend it to all those who need a dose of imagination and wholesome literature.55

"Magnificent"5 star

This book is utterly magnificent. I could and would read this book over and over again without getting tired of it. I like the book's publishing time being long ago and giving it that rustic feel to it. Most importantly I love the characters and their personalities. I even love the worst in the characters. They are human, or at least fictional ones, and they make mistakes like any other. They have religion making it unlike a lot of the stories I have read. Only religious books I read are usually ones of that purpose. So overall this book was fantastic.55

I like Anne of Avonlea but the first book was much better with my action. Anne is much changed... But for IBooks, I think the pages are too sensitive but overall I can't complain I like this one a lot but I'd say its not worth reading based on the lack of content... Overall nicely written DON'T CHANGE ANNE (WITH AN "E") MONGOMERY!;)55
